Keswick Hall is a luxurious resort nestled in the scenic foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. From the moment I arrived, I knew that I was in for a treat. The lush, rolling hills and picturesque surroundings were breathtaking, and the resort itself was equally impressive.

As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The decor was elegant and refined, with a touch of Southern charm that perfectly complemented the resort’s surroundings.

Our first stop was to the spa, where I signed up for a world class facial. We were greeted with champagne, but it was the decor and the aesthetic that truly took my breath away.  The waiting room looked out to the woods, truly unbelievable.  My service was relaxing and educational. My aesthetician walked me through every step and benefit of the products she was using and recommended some fabulous products that have now become staples in my skin care routine 

After our exhausting experience at the Spa, we were off to Keswick Hall’s restaurant Marigold by  Jean Goeroge.  “The cuisine at Marigold by Jean-Georges reflects a passionate commitment to fresh, local and organic ingredients. The menu changes often to offer sustainable and seasonal produce that is at its peak – much of it grown at our own nearby farm. Meat, fish and dairy are locally sourced, where possible, from humanely treated, pasture-fed animals free of antibiotics and hormones.”   They have every dietary restriction covered and the mocktails hit all the right points. 

But it wasn’t just the food that was impressive. The dining venues themselves were stunning, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and impeccable service that made every meal feel special.

Of course, there was plenty to do at Keswick Hall beyond dining. The resort offers a range of activities, from golf and tennis to hiking and horseback riding. I particularly enjoyed taking part in a cocktail making class – with the right tools and ingredients, I felt like a true mixologist! 

But what truly sets Keswick Hall apart is its commitment to luxury and relaxation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, indulging in a spa treatment, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, I felt completely at ease and rejuvenated.

Overall, my visit to Keswick Hall was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s stunning natural beauty, exceptional dining, and world-class amenities make it the perfect destination for anyone looking to escape the stresses of everyday life and indulge in a little luxury.
